The Clan of the Cave Bear

The Clan of the Cave Bear is a side-scrolling action platformer for the Game Boy Color, based on the 1986 prehistoric fantasy adventure film of the same name. The player controls Ayla, a cromagnon woman raised by a tribe of neanderthals. She uses a weapon known as the sling to project rocks at her opponents. 

Controls: 

A to jump (hold for a longer jump, quickly tap for a shorter jump)

B to use the sling

Left and right to walk

Start to pause, with A to resume. A is also used to skip through cutscenes. 

NOTE: This game is only for Game Boy Color. It will not work on the original Game Boy.
